St. Vincent de Paul Society Meetings

The SVDP provides assistance to those in the community in need by helping with rent and utility payments, store vouchers, furniture, gift cards, and sometimes budget planning – any form of help that alleviates suffering or deprivation and promotes human dignity. Our conference meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month (6:30-8 pm). Anyone over the age of 18 years is welcome. Vincentian members provide home visits to gather information for specific requests, which are then discussed at meetings. Some training (about 6 hours) may be required. Volunteers are needed for home visits, officer positions, and special community projects such as the SVDP Truck Collection and the Giving Tree Program.
